With a rich background spanning healthcare, corporate training, higher education, and tax and accounting, Susan excels in guiding her clients to unlock their potential, enhance communication skills, achieve financial objectives, and foster team cohesion.
At the heart of her approach is a commitment to leveraging innate talents. She currently holds three certifications in coaching: Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a Board Certified Coach. Susan’s multifaceted career also includes pivotal roles as the Director of Course Development at ExecuTrain / Next Step Learning, Vice President of Training and Documentation at CCH Small Firm Services, and adjunct professor roles at several universities.
Her passion for nurturing growth extends beyond professional confines into her personal pursuits. An avid reader, Susan finds joy in literature and continuous learning. Her commitment to community service shines through her volunteer work with organizations dedicated to music and animal welfare, reflecting her deep-seated belief in giving back.
Susan’s educational journey underscores her dedication to both personal and professional development. Holding degrees in English (BA) and Professional Writing (MA) from Kennesaw State University, as well as degrees in Health Science (BS) and Public Health (MPH) from Kaplan University, and a MS in Positive Psychology from Life University, she is a lifelong learner who continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and skills.

Her experiences as a full-time faculty member in the First Year Experience program at the University of Phoenix further highlight her dedication to guiding others on their paths to success.
